The rules for using GoParkDay: what the site shows, what our planners do, and who is responsible for what.
1. The service
GoParkDay is an independent, unofficial guide that helps you plan a trip to a Disney resort: it suggests flights, a hotel, park days and tickets, shows each day on a map, estimates the price, and on the day shows live posted waits and a plan for the park. Planning is free and needs no account. With a free account you can save trips, turn on park-day reminders, and send a trip to our planners — the family behind GoParkDay, who book through Doggo On Board Adventures, an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network — who check it and book it for you when you ask.
2. Prices are estimates
Flight prices come from live searches at the time you asked and can change at any moment. Hotel prices are reference prices unless marked otherwise: the estimate page uses our own reference ranges for each level of Disney hotel (not live, before tax), and the trip planner shows a live search result only where it says so. Park tickets and Lightning Lane may not be priced; the estimate says so when they are not. Waits shown on the live park pages are the parks' posted waits as last reported, and the crowd levels and day plans are predictions. Nothing shown on the site is a booking or a guaranteed price. The price you pay is the one our planners confirm with you before booking.
3. Bookings
Nothing is booked until you tell our planners to go ahead and the booking is confirmed to you. Bookings are made by Doggo On Board Adventures, an Independent Agency in the Avoya Travel Network. Each booking is made with the travel supplier (for example the airline, the hotel or Walt Disney World) under that supplier's own terms, including its payment, change and cancellation rules, which we will share with you before you commit.
4. Why our help is free
You do not pay GoParkDay for planning or for our planners' help: there is no planning fee. Bookings are made through Doggo On Board Adventures, which is paid by the commission travel suppliers pay on bookings. Our advisor network, through which independent travel advisors could book for customers, is paused.
5. Your account
You must be 18 or over to open an account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
6. Using the service fairly
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk searching, no attempts to get into other accounts or to disrupt the site, and nothing unlawful, abusive or misleading in messages to our planners. We may limit or close an account that does.
7. Disney and other names
GoParkDay is an independent, unofficial guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. Disney, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Lightning Lane and the park and hotel names are trademarks of their owners, used here only to describe the trips we help plan.
8. Information from others
Park hours and live posted waits come from ThemeParks.wiki, map data from OpenStreetMap contributors, and photos from Wikimedia Commons under their licences, credited on the pages that use them. We check this information but cannot promise it is complete or current; the parks' own sites and apps have the final word.
9. Responsibility
We provide the planning service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a supplier's failure to provide what you booked, for changes to park hours, prices or availability, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
10. Seller of Travel
Our Seller of Travel registration numbers are shown at the foot of every page.
11. Changes and ending
We may change these terms; when we do we update the date at the top, and for a significant change we tell account holders by email before it takes effect. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
